2005 Graduation day
Kate’s graduation day from St Andrews University in eastern Scotland where she met her future husband Prince William. The University dates back to 1413 and is the first university to have been erected in Scotland.
2005 Festival of British Eventing
This was taken in the same year where Kate wore a brown leather hat and paired it with a brown cardigan and boots. You won’t find Kate wearing jeans these days and these are the rare photos of her early days in which she is wearing one.
2005 Receiving her degree
Here is Kate Middleton when she received her Master’s degree in Art History. Kate met William in 2001 at the university and they started officially dating a year later. Prince William graduated in geography also with a Master of Arts degree.
Christmas shopping
Soon she began attracting media attention as the Prince’s girlfriend and photographers began following her. Here she is captured in informal circumstances looking very casual and doing her Christmas shopping.
A upcoming style icon
Kate Middleton started showing a flair for fashion and style as a fashion icon when she appeared in Cheltenham races of 2006. The log coat, woolen gloves, and fur hat is believed to be one of her most memorable looks.
2007 on the way to work
After university, Kate Middleton worked briefly for the fashion company Jigsaw as buyer of accessories. By now she was being regularly photographed and here is one of her looks while on the way to work.
At a wedding
This was taken in 2006 when she attended the wedding of Laura Parker Bowles and Harry Lopes. This was her first official royal event attended along with Prince William. She appears no less elegant in this fashionable ensemble.
At a Wimbledon party
Kate showed her great fashion sense with a flair for colorful dresses as well. She can be seen here in a black and red floral outfit along with a black short coat. She looks fresh and absolutely smashing.
A polo charity match
This is another photograph from 2006 when she attended polo match for charity. She was there in support of Princes William and Harry who also played in the event held at Beaufort Polo Club in Tetbury UK.
Kate with bangs
This is a very different look in comparison to how she usually dressed for events. It shows her with a cute floral summer dress and blazer with bangs that is very different from her present hairstyle. This was taken at a store opening in 2006.
Price Williams’s military graduation
By now Kate Middleton showed the fashion industry she was truly one who knew her clothes. Here she is pictured looking beautiful in this outfit paired with black boots at Prince William’s graduation at Sandhurst Royal Military Academy in England.
