Juliana Sossa is a Colombian beauty pageant winner and model. She is the “Nacro-Novia” of the Mexican drug lord Jorge Balderas Garza, more commonly known as “EL. J.J.” He is an accused drug trafficker and has also been blamed for the shooting of a Paraguayan soccer star at a Mexico City nightclub. The two of them were arrested when Sossa posted their location on her facebook page.
2. Amelia Racine
Amelia is a Canadian-Brazilian model who is the girlfriend of French-Canadian Kingpin Jimmy ‘Cosmo’ Cournoyer. He was the head of the international drug trafficking enterprise which had been around for ten years. He distributed illegal narcotics all over the world worth over a billion dollars. In 2014, Cournoyer was sentenced to 27 years in prison while Amelia continues her modeling career.
3. Emma Coronel Aispuro
She got married to Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman at the age of eighteen after winning a local beauty pageant. Guzman was accused of trafficking 1.8 million pounds of cocaine between 2003 and 2014. Alongside that, his hitmen carried out assassinations, kidnappings and other acts of torture. He got arrested this year and Emma Coronel is now scared for his life in prison.
4. Laura Zuniga Huizar
She is popular in Mexico as ‘Miss. Narco’. She was a former preschool teacher before she was crowned Miss. Sinaloa in 2008 and was also named Queen at the Hispanoamerican Beauty Contest and was qualified to compete in Miss International. Unfortunately, though, she was arrested that same year in December along with seven other cartel accomplices as well as her boyfriend Angel Orlando Garcia. He was the leader of the Juarez drug cartel and was responsible for more than 5300 deaths.
5. Angie Sanclemente
Angie was a Columbian lingerie model and was known as the international queen of coffee She used to be with the Mexican Kingpin ‘El Monstruo’ but split with her and started her own all women’s cocaine trafficking and became the largest in the world. Her Argentine-based organization crushed on her arrest in 2010.
6.Claudia Ochoa Felix
Claudia Felix used to married to ‘El Chavo’ Felix who was a drug trafficker and had three kids with him. When she separated with him, she moved on to Jose Rodrigo Arechiga Gamboa who was the leader of Los Antrax’s killing squad before he was arrested in January 2014. After that, she became known as the sexiest female drug lord of the modern era and is nicknamed ‘the Empress of Antrax’. She is the queen of ‘Los Antrax’ hit squad, an arm of the Sinaloa cartel which is famous for its executions and revenge attacks.
7. Yovanna Guzman
Yovanna was a beauty queen and model and was only nineteen years old when she met drug lord Wilber Varela who was heading the North Valle cartel alongside sustaining eight years long relationship with her. He became Columbia’s most merciless drug lords and showered vacations, expensive gifts, cars, and jewelry on her but forbade her from partying or photo shooting with males. So much so he sent his lieutenant to shot her in the leg out of jealousy and she was killed in 2008.
8. Sandra Avila Beltran
Her boyfriend was ‘El Tigre’ whose real name was Juan Diego Espinosa Ramirez and both were involved in money laundering worth billions of dollars of drug money from Columbia to Mexico. Beltran was the intermediary between Mexican drug cartels and their Columbian suppliers. She was extradited to the US in 2012 on cocaine trafficking charges. In 2014, she was sent back to Mexico and now faces charges of 5 years in prison for money laundering.
